"So Kelly Rowland re-released her 2007 album this week, and then, somehow, a Beyonce song mysteriously appears on the internet. Beyonce says it was a "leak." Then Michelle Williams gets in on the action, releasing pics of herself from an upcoming album. Coincidence, or is this your basic jack move?"

I personally don't think that Beyonce's leak or Michelle's promo pics had anything to do with the weak sales of Kelly Rowland's album...If you have a strong fan base and people that support you, they are going to support you, regardless. People need to stop making excuses, accept failure and learn from failure to become stronger. I mean, Beyonce's leak was free to listen to and Michelle's pictures were free to view, so, what does that have to do with album sales? Someone please enlighten me.

NBA WHAT !??

East Coast:
The new trend among a few black players in the NBA is wife swapping. A player from a East Coast team often swaps his wife with another player and vice versa on an irregular basis.They are both trying to add spice to their marriage and they are best friends on the team. Mya Angelou to be honored by stars on 80th Birthday!

"On May 4, Atlanta will host a star-studded 80th birthday celebration for poet and author Maya Angelou. And Buzz has learned exclusively that the evening will also serve as the inaugural fund-raiser for a brand-new teen center to be named in Angelou’s honor at the Andrew and Walter Young YMCA on Campbellton Road.

"Maya Angelou is the embodiment of who she’s writing about in her poem ‘Phenomenal Woman,’ " Andrew Young told Buzz. "It also pretty much describes what we’re shooting for with the new center as well. For a while now, we’ve wanted to create a teen center at the Y in a supervised environment. Sometimes in the black community, poverty is not necessarily economic but something based in self-esteem. I look at some of the rappers and hip-hop artists out there now who have money but still don’t have it together. It’s because no one taught them the importance of self-esteem. Hopefully, with this center, we can create change."

The evening at Atlanta Symphony Hall will be hosted by Atlanta film director Tyler Perry and his "Madea’s Family Reunion" scene stealer Lynn Whitfield. Other confirmed celebs include "Rush Hour" star Chris Tucker, Tony-winning choreographer George Faison, pop star Usher, "Soul Food" actress Nicole Ari Parker, R&B and gospel singer Candi Staton, writer Pearl Cleage and MLK’s daughter Bernice King."

Maya Angelou is a phenomenal woman, her poetry and life struggle has always been inspiring in my life. she is a gifted and talented woman who possesses the type of wisdom that attracted The Queen of Sheba to Solomon…her wisdom is uplifting and encouraging! She has survived 8 decades...I know many people that didn't make it to two , this is a blessing…not many of us could have survived life in her shoes and overcome what she overcame and still be fullfilled. Musical genius Akon has recorded a secret country album in hopes to be the first black successful country singer... I wish Akon the best of luck with that…you know, it’s sad when you have to disclose your identity to make an album. If it all works out for Akon, he could make history. I just wished he would waited until the album and music was a hit nationally and then came out the closet, now listeners are going to be looking for that distinctiveness that he has in his voice…Good luck to Akon...We have to support our chocolate stars, even if country is not your dizzle, make sure you show A some love!
